The Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel-penned screenplay “follows a college graduate and his friends who have to lower their expectations about life as they enter the real world during a recession.”

Other actors said to be circling the project include Christopher Mintz-Plasse (‘Fright Night’) and Jay Pharaoh (‘Saturday Night Live’). Variety adds that Kidd is eyeing ‘Facebook’ star Jesse Eisenberg for a cameo. The pair previously together on 2002’s ’Roger Dodger.’

While no deals are in place, as the project has yet to receive an official greenlight, insiders are saying that production could get underway as early as next month.
