Scribe to helm indie comedy.
‘Chronicle’ screenwriter Max Landis is set to make his feature directorial debut with the indie sexual identity comedy ‘Me Him Her,’ reports Variety.
The Los Angeles-set comedy features three young leads, at least one of whom is struggling with their sexuality. According to Landis the film will explore sex, love and friendship in “the weirdest, most surreal way possible. It’s totally insane! The devil is in it.”
Currently in the casting phase, the film will be produced by Peter Saraf and Marc Turtletaub of Big Beach Films (‘Safety Not Guaranteed,’ ‘Little Miss Sunshine’). Production is planned for next spring or summer.
