Brian Koppelman and David Levien to adapt “Beat the Reaper” for Leo DiCaprio
Brian Koppelman and David Levien have signed up to adapt the film of Josh Bazell novel “Beat the Reaper.”
The drama, being developed as a potential star vehicle for Leonardo DiCaprio, revolves around a Manhattan ER doctor whose life becomes complicated when a mobster recognizes him from his former life as a hitman.
The scribes who worked with Steven Soderbergh on “Ocean’s Thirteen” are set to premiere their latest movie “The Girlfriend Experience” at Tribeca this coming Tuesday.
