Indie dramedy fills outs supporting cast.

William H. Macy (‘Shameless,’ ‘A Single Shot’), Virginia Madsen (‘Hell on Wheels,’ ‘Sideways’), Peter Facinelli (‘Nurse Jackie,’ ‘The Twilight Saga’) and Leven Rambin (‘Chasing Mavericks,’ ‘The Sarah Connor Chronicles’) have all signed up to join Andrew J. West (‘Creek,’ ‘Privileged’) for the indie dramedy ‘Walter,’ says Deadline.

First-time helmer Anna Mastro is directing with the film following a day in the life of Walter Benjamin (West), a ticket-taker at the local cinema who believes himself to be one of the many sons of God and has agreed to take upon himself the burden of judging everyone he comes in contact with for his ‘father.’

Neve Campbell, Justin Kirk, Jim Gaffigan, and Milo Ventimiglia are co-starring. Filming is underway in Indiana and LA with the script coming from Paul Shoulberg based on his 2010 short of the same name.
