Forest Whitaker will reportedly announce this year’s Oscar nominations.
“The Vantage Point2 actor – who won an Academy Award for his portrayal of Idi Amin in 2006’s “The Last King Of Scotland” – will unveil the nods from Hollywood’s Samuel Goldwyn Theatre tomorrow, January 22.
Forest, 47, will be reading out the names at the press conference alongside Sid Ganis, who heads up the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The actor will announce the nominated stars and films in 10 of the 24 categories.
The Oscars will be dished out at a glitzy ceremony at the Kodak Theatre on February 22.
