Denzel Washington to play Obama in bio-pic
Denzel Washington has landed the role of Barack Obama in a new film biopic.
The Oscar winner has said that he received Obama’s personal endorsement for the role. Washington said: “It was at the President’s suggestion.”
The actor suggested that he was too old to portray the 47-year-old politician, but now claims that there is only one thing in the way of a truly factual portrayal. He said: “The only problem is he has bigger ears than me.”
