Fanboys helmer Kyle Newman boards horror-comedy “War Monkeys”
Fanboys helmer Kyle Newman is stepping into the director’s chair for the horror-comedy War Monkeys.
The story follows a janitor who, during a Christmas holiday, gets trapped in an underground research facility with military-trained Rhesus monkeys.
Kevin Munroe was expected to direct the project but had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts (he is currently shooting Dead of Night). He will remain on board the project as a producer.
