The Aussie actor Eric Bana talks Romulans and fast cars in our latest Trek interview.

In a little less than ten years, Eric Bana has become one of Hollywood’s hottest actors. The Australian thespian has made a name for himself with every big director – working with Sir Ridley Scott (Black Hawk Down), Ang Lee (Hulk), and Stephen Spielberg (Munich).


Now the actor is bolding joining forces with JJ Abrams takes on Star Trek, centring on the early years of Captain James T Kirk (played by Chris Pine), Spock (Zachary Quinto) and his crew, when the alien Romulan race attacks their Federation starship. Bana plays the chef baddie – that tattooed Romulan villain Nero.
