“Twilight” Helmer Catherine Hardwicke To Direct James Patterson’s Novel
Twilight helmer Catherine Hardwicke is eyeing the young adult fantasy book series -Maximum Ride – as her next directing project.
Based on the books by James Patterson the story centres on a group of teenagers dubbed ‘The Flock’, genetically engineered to be part human, part bird.
Scribe Don Payne (Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer) is working on the screenplay, with Avi Arad, Ari Arad and Steven Paul producing.
