Will Burton tackle Sleeping Beauty?
Tim Burton is reportedly looking to direct a film based on fairy tale Sleeping Beauty.
According to reports, the director is planning to tell the classic story from the perspective of Maleficent, the self-proclaimed “Mistress of Evil” in the 1956 Walt Disney adaptation.
Burton is next expected to work on the forthcoming Dark Shadows revamp, starring Johnny Depp. The film will start production later this year.
Alice In Wonderland is scheduled to open in cinemas on March 5, 2010.
