Three more board the ensemble dramedy.
‘Justified’ star Timothy Olyphant, Abigail Spencer (‘Beautiful Now,’ ‘Oz The Great and Powerful’) and Ben Schwartz (‘Turbo,’ ‘House of Lies’) have been added to the cast of Shawn Levy’s upcoming dramedy ‘This Is Where I Leave You.’
With Jason Bateman leading an ensemble that includes Tina Fey, Jane Fonda, Kathryn Hahn, Rose Byrne and Corey Stoll, the film is an adaptation of Jonathan Tropper 2009 novel of the same name and focuses on a dysfunctional family reunited for a very tense week to mourn the death of their patriarch.
Olyphant is locked in for the role of Horry, Fey’s next-door neighbour and childhood sweetheart. Schwartz will be playing the local rabbi who tries to act much cooler than his job title suggests, while Spencer will play Bateman’s wife, whom he catches sleeping with his boss.
Production is set to kick off in June.
