You may not know who Patricia Field is but chances are you’ve seen her handy work on the television or on the big screen.
Field is the costume designer behind such fashion favourites as Ugly Betty, The Devil Wears Prada and – of course – every gal’s favourite Sex and The City.
Now the designer has taken her designs to Ozzie doll Isla Fisher – in Confessions of a Shopaholic. Paul Byrne talks to Field about the film, her influence on fashion and her view on Sex and the City.
