THE NOVEMBER MAN Sequel Gets Greenlight

Sequel to the spy thriller in the works…

Relativity Studios has announced that it will soon be entering pre-production on a sequel to the yet-to-be-released Pierce Brosnan-led espionage thriller ‘The November Man.’

Opening in the United States on August 27th, ‘The November Man’ is based on the bestselling book series by Bill Granger and sees Brosnan playing Peter Devereaux, an ex-CIA operative who is brought back for a personal mission that finds him pitted against his former pupil in a deadly game involving high-level CIA officials and the Russian president-elect. Olga Kurylenko and Luke Bracey co-star.

Navan born Brosnan and Beau St. Clair will produce the sequel- as they did the original film – via their Irish Dreamtime banner, alongside Sriram Das of Das Films.

“The November Man is a gritty series that re-invents the spy genre with its master Pierce Brosnan by combining the best elements of James Bond and Jason Bourne while echoing the cool, sleek action movies of the 70s. We are excited to launch The November Man later this month and to continue to explore Peter Devereaux’s dangerous world with Pierce over the years to come,” Robbie Brenner, president of production at Relativity, said in a statement.

Brosnan added, “The November Man is an iconic, tough character and I am excited to partner with Relativity to continue to bring him to life.”

‘The November Man’ has yet to lock in an Irish release date.
