Young actress nabs roles in two projects. ‘American Horror Story’ actress Taissa Farmiga has landed a role in Trevor White’s indie drama ‘Jamesy Boy,’ reports Variety. The film stars newcomer Spencer Lofranco as a young man who goes from suburban street gang to a maximum-security prison, where he’s mentored by a convicted murderer (played by Ving Rhames). Mary-Louise Parker (‘Weeds,’ ‘Red’), and James Woods (‘Straw Dogs’) will co-star. The trade also says that Taissa – the younger sister of ‘Up in the Air’ actress Vera Farmiga – has nabbed a leading role in Sofia Coppola’s fact-based ensemble drama ‘The Bling Ring.’ The 17-year old joins the recently cast Emma Watson, as a teen involved in the true celebrity burglary ring story.
