Steve Carell joins sports comedy Missing Links
Steve Carell is circling the lead role in the sports comedy Missing Links, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The film will centre on a group of Boston golfers who come up with a scheme to win membership to an elite club. The story is based on the novel of the same name by ESPN writer Rick Reilly.
Jay Lavender has been hired to write the screenplay, while Office star Carell will produce the picture.
