Smashing Pumpkins documentary gets theatrical release

To commemorate their 20th anniversary, the Smashing Pumpkins are releasing a new documentary.

The 105-minute film ‘If All Goes Wrong’ chronicles the alternative rock band’s 19-concert reunion tour last year.

The film features interviews with frontman Billy Corgan, fans, journalists and musicians including The Who’s Pete Townshend.

The movie will be shown in movie theatres for one day only on November 6 in 40 cities across the US, and will be released five days later on DVD.

The two-disc DVD will feature 19 live tracks, including six new songs.
