Bullock to team up with Eastwood for baseball drama?

Last week brought the news that Clint Eastwood may step out from behind the camera to take the lead role in the baseball drama ‘Trouble with the Curve,’ the directorial debut of his frequent-assistant director and producing partner Robert Lorenz.

In the movie Eastwood would be playing “an aging baseball scout, who’s losing his sight, and heads on a last road trip to Atlanta with his daughter to scout a hotshot prospect.”

The role of daughter has yet to be cast, but that may soon change as Twitch is reporting that Eastwood and Lorenz are in talks with Sandra Bullock to take role of the daughter. A production date has not been set, but the project is expected to kick into high gear as soon as all deals are in place.

Bullock was last seen in 2009s ‘The Blind Side.’ The actress will be next seen starring alongside Tom Hanks and newcomer Thomas Horn in the Stephen Daldry-directed drama ‘Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.’
