Sam Rockwell is the caped crusader
Sam Rockwell has signed on to star as Batman in a Peter Farrelly movie.
Rockwell will spoof the caped crusader in the short segment titled Robin’s Big Speed Date for director James Duffy.
Justin Long will be playing Robin with Josh Hamilton as Superman, Leslie Bibb as Wonder Woman and John Hodgeman as villain The Penguin.
Other names lined up for the project include Kate Winslet, Hugh Jackman, Naomi Watts, Liev Schreiber, Gerard Butler, Chloe Moretz and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. Elizabeth Banks, Bob Odenkirk and Brett Ratner arev directing sections of the ensemble film.
