Trio board psychological thriller.
Directror Fouad Mikati has cast Rosamund Pike (‘The World’s End’), Shiloh Fernandez (‘Evil Dead’) and Nick Nolte (‘Gangster Squad’) in his psychological thriller ‘Return to Sender,’ says THR.
Featuring a script by Patricia Beauchamp and Joe Gossett, the film centres on “a meticulous small-town nurse (Pike) who falls victim to a life-altering event after she goes on a blind date with a man (Fernandez) who turns out not to be who he says he is. She must find the strength and courage to rebuild her life and return to her former self.”
Production on the thriller begins this week in New Orleans with financing coming from Lagniappe Films. J.C. Khoury, Logan Levy and Gossett will executive produce.
