Filmmaker boards the time travel crime thriller…
David Twohy, best known for writing and directing the ‘Riddick’ franchise, has been tapped to direct ‘Replay,’ a time-travel thriller said to be in the tone of ‘Memento’ and ‘Man on Fire.’
Featuring a script by Joe Gazzam, ‘Replay’ tracks Tyler Vaughn, a haggard ex-cop in a quantum experiment who’s sent four days into the future, only to discover his son has been killed. Vaughn is pulled into a race against the clock to save his son, who he finds out will die if he does not intervene.
Producers on the thriller include Ahmet Zappa, Alan Gasmer, Peter Jaysen and Ryan Kavanaugh.
