Rachael Taylor Signs Up for Indie Thriller LOFT

Actress joins ensemble thriller.

Variety reports that Rachael Taylor (‘Charlie’s Angels,’ ‘Transformers’) is set to play one of the female leads in the forthcoming English-language remake of ‘Loft,’ for director Erik Van Looy.

The ensemble thriller follows five married friends who share a loft where each brings his mistress. When the body of an unknown woman is found there, they begin to suspect one another of murder.

James Marsden, Patrick Wilson, Wentworth Miller, Eric Stonestreet and recently announced Isabel Lucas also star. Taylor will play Ann, a call girl who Wilson pays to seduce Marsden, who she then ends up falling for.

Van Looy is helming the remake from a script by Wesley Strick (‘‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’) based off Bart De Pauw’s original screenplay.
