Pyjama Girls gets Irish cinema rerelease

Why not wear your pyjamas down to your local cinema and check this out…

You’ve probably seen girls wearing pyjamas around your local shopping centre and wondered what that was all about? So did the makers of the documentary ‘Pyjama Girls’.

Its a phenomenon that began in Dublin and spread far and wide. With many tender and often hilarious moments, ‘Pyjama Girls’ traces the explosive micro-dramas of teenage life against the bleak backdrop of Dublin’s inner city flats.

The film opens again this weekend in Cork at The Gate Cinema, In Dublin at Vue in Liffey Valley and Cineworld on Parnell Street and The Eye cinema in Galway.

The film also will take part in Access Cinema from October.
