Very good, much funnier than anticipated, truncated but enjoyable, very western feel and the soundtrack is great. As always!

Beautiful seeting, cliched but watchable, mega twistage but hey! Olyphant is hilarious, its worth it just to see some of his expressions!

Mesrine: Killer Instinct (L'Instinct de Mort - Public Enemy Number One - Part One)

EXCELLENT! thats all one can say, Cassel is stunning, both dangerous and enigmatic as the titular charachter. It was really the film that Public Enemies wanted to be. Excellent pase and great action scenes. It has quite an American feel and look though being a French/Canadian/Italian production. Canit wait for part 2, bring it on!

Good comedy, with a twist now the boy aids the girl in getting a guy! Butler and Heigl are ok together and there are some very funny moments, but a cliche 3rd act kills the small ounce of originality thats present at the beginning.

Excellent biopic, can make you cry at times with both anger and sadness. A must see, simple as!

Valkyrie

It has some tense dramatic moments but overall its just feels flat and the stroy feels underused, theres very little devlopment and characters are quite one dimensional at times.

Revolutionary Road

Very powerful drama. Winslet is briiliant as is DiCaprio. A great exploraiton of a marriage in turmoil. A hard watch a time but worthwhile.

Duplicity

Convoluted plot and storyline, makes the magic twists in Oceans 12 seem plausible. Thge l;eads are ok but the sparks arent exploding anytime soon. Average. Good sounstrack though.

Stunnig film, keeps you in doubt and on the edge right till the credits roll. Siperb performacnes form Hoffmann and Streep make this a must see!

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Overblown sequel but what could we expect with the Baymeister and his Bayhem. its not as funny and not as sharp as the original bits its an enjoyablr ride nontheless

Public Enemies

Not the film you would be expecting, Bale is under performing but Depp is irresstibly magnetic! The film get a full extra star for his exceelent performacne. Visually Mann has lost his edge a bit since Heat and Collateral, some shots are horribly composed and digital noise can be a problem in some low lit night scenes.

I wish ic ould give half star raitngs as its worht a 3.5 rating, its funny, the two work well together, Sandra Bullock is stunning and its funny though a slightly chessy 3rd act leaves its cliche
