I should have known going in, so I've no-one to blame but myself. Good premise, terrible movie. Like it was written by a sheltered 12 year old who'd never had a relationship, or like, talked to other people..... The whole thing was so soulless and dead eyed, the only believable part with actual emotions was when the 2 guys did what they had to do to escape the seekers... Apart from that the whole thing was just cringingly bad - most of the characters weren't even one dimensional. In case it's not clear, I really didn't like it. It looked good, though.

looked good but the lack of plot or coherence kinda spoiled it for me. now i like mindless action movies as much as the next person - but really??? some funny moments but the this movie made good actors bad and made ok actors the stars of the show....... the battleship hit/miss segment was good and for me the only part of the movie that made actual sense:)

better than i expected - but still not convinced by rob pattison. I felt that it could have done so much more - Duroy should have been more evil, instead he was vacant most of the time and i found uma thurman's performance to be very mannered and stilted.

yeah, yeah the action scenes were good, but i thought that the main players were so 2 dimensional that i really couldn't give a dam# whether they lived or died and dare i say it the plot was a bit hokey.... LOVED the comedy english family and the totally over-the-top tracksuited german assassin though:)

great fun - nonsense but beautifully filmed nonsense - part farce part indiana jones - part french madness. not everyone's cup of tea but i really enjoyed it.

great sequel to city of god. this gritty life on the streets drama follows the stories of gang members and their families caught up in the gun fights.

ewan mcgregor stands out and makes colin farrell look like kevin from corrie. starts off well but goes downhill. hated the ending, but love woody allen. strange storyline.

good film, quiet and unassuming. some laugh out loud moments. little bit pretentious but none the worse for it.
