New cast members announced as filming gets underway.

English actress Imogen Poots (‘Filth,’ ‘The Look of Love,’ ‘Fright Night’) has replaced Brie Larson (’21 Jump Street,’ ‘Scott Pilgrim vs. the World’) as the star of writer/director Peter Bogdanovich’s showbiz-themed indie comedy ‘Squirrels To The Nuts,’ says TheWrap.

The screwball comedy centres on a married Broadway director (played by Owen Wilson) who falls for a prostitute-turned-actress (Poots) and works to help her advance her career.

Additionally, it has been announced that Jennifer Aniston (‘Wanderlust,’ ‘Horrible Bosses’) will take the role of a therapist with a mother in rehab for alcoholism, a role previously linked to Olivia Wilde (‘Tron Legacy,’ ‘Butter’).

Rhys Ifans (‘The Amazing Spider-Man’), Lucy Punch (‘Stand Up Guys’), Will Forte (‘Nebraska’), Kathryn Hahn (‘We’re the Millers’), Jake Hoffman (‘The Wolf of Wall Street’), Ahna O’Reilly (‘As I Lay Dying’), Austin Pendleton (‘The Notorious Bettie Page’), and Cybil Sheppard (‘Barry Munday’) co-star

Filming is underway with Noah Baumbach, Wes Anderson, Holly Wiersma, Logan Levy and George Drakoulias producing.
