Lost’s Michael lands indie thriller.
Harold Perrineau is being held hostage for his next big-screen role.
The former ‘Lost’ star has joined the cast of the indie thriller ‘Killing Jar,’ with Michael Madsen and Danny Trejo.
The film focuses on a stranger armed with a shotgun who takes seven patrons hostage at a remote roadside diner. As the body count rises, the survivors discover that one of the hostages might be more dangerous than their captor. Mark Young (Tooth and Nail), who wrote the script, will helm the project.
Perrineau is executive producing the project, with the indie company’s John Sachar producing.
Filming started during the weekend in North Carolina.
