Paul Dano to star in indie drama Ellen
Paul Dano has signed on to star in the upcoming indie drama “For Ellen.”
The story follows a struggling indie rocker who, after nearly wrecking his car during an overnight long-distance drive, arrives in a small Midwestern town to deal with his impending divorce. Jon Heder will play a supporting role.
So Young Kim (“In Between Days”) is directing from his screenplay. Shooting is expected to star in New York next month.
