The four protagonists have now been cast.

That didn’t take long. According to the site’s sources, katana-wielding leader of the quartet, Leonardo, will be played by Pete Ploszek (‘Shameless,’ ‘Parks and Recreation’). Jeremy Howard (‘Men in Black II,’ ‘Galaxy Quest’) will be playing Donatello, the brains of the group, while Noel Fisher (‘Shameless,’ ‘Hatfields & McCoys’) has been tapped to play the fun-loving and carefree Michaelanglo.

Produced by Michael Bay and co-starring Megan Fox, the reboot will be a hybrid of live-action and CG using performance-capture to bring the crime-fighting reptiles to life.
