Will Quentin Tarantino voice Brainy Smurf?

Quentin Tarantino has reportedly been cast to voice Brainy Smurf in the upcoming Smurfs movie.

 

Speaking to MTV, Alan Cumming revealed that the Inglourious Basterds director had been tapped for the role.

 

A publicist for Tarantino has since denied the filmmaker's involvement with the project.

 

Other names attached to the live-action/CGI hybrid include Katy Perry, George Lopez and Neil Patrick Harris.

    WHAT!! I'm glad to see his publicist has ruled it out but this still makes me sick. QT just made what was in my opinion his best film and I hope he doesn't plan on making Smurfs his next project.

    Think theres lot of gossip going round these days. I cant imagine this is true considering his publicist denied it and all, but i guess oscar nominees have made bad decisions before
