Saoirse Ronan and Carey Mulligan in talks for Violet and Daisy

Saoirse Ronan is in talks to star in upcoming feature Violet and Daisy.

Scripted by Oscar-winning Precious screenwriter Geoffrey Fletcher, the movie is billed as a girl-power story that's Thelma & Louise meets Superbad and Pulp Fiction.

Carey Mulligan, who was recently nominated for an Academy Award for her performance in An Education, is also in talks to join the project.

Precious scriptwriter. I don't know about that. But I do like Ronan and Mulligan and the fact they mention Superbad.

girl-power story that's Thelma & Louise meets Superbad and Pulp Fiction.... to much of a mix my head is hurting by how bad this film is going to be !

so is it going to be a story about how Ronan tries to buy beer, and ends up on a road trip with a bunch of cops trying to be cool, told completely out of sequence, ending with them going over a cliff?
