A live-action adaptation of Beavis And Butt-head could be on the cards.
Creator Mike Judge said he is open to the possibility of bringing the animated TV show to the big screen.
Speaking to reports, Judge commented “For some reason, I used to hate the idea for years. Now, I think maybe there’s something there.”
He revealed that Johnny Depp had expressed an interest in starring in a film version during the ’90s, saying: “He was doing that [Don Juan DeMarco] movie with Marlon Brando, and he said Marlon Brando used to imitate Butt-Head, and he would do Beavis.”
EXTRAs:The series ran on MTV between 1993 and 1997. Judge, who also created King of the Hill, will next direct Jason Bateman comedy Extract.
