A chick flick so I shouldn't really slate it for the reason's I'm about to but .. It makes zero sense. They didn't even try to make the time travel believable. We are supposed to believe that at times he's waited years to meet her again yet he just .. ahhh, I know it's slushy romantic movie but they coulda tried. Girls will love it .. guys wont.

Just as good as the book - Eric Bana is absolutely brilliant, playing his role absolutely perfectly. Didn't think I'd enjoy this half as much as I did.

Great story, very well acted and nice effects.Written for the screen by the writer of Ghost, you can clearly see the similarities. It intends to be a tear jerker but just about manages it. Defintely a great film, but be sure to bring the other half.

Beautiful! Impressed with the way the screenwriter adapted the "alternating first-person perspectives, diary-style" novel.

Not the disaster I quite expected from this melodramatic-novel-turned movie, Eric Bana impresses as the time travelling Henry. Otherwise, the cast don't seem terribly fussed and what's worse is the almost lack of any real chemistry between the two leads, their romance the only sure thing in the story itself. Undoubtedly destined to make a buck or two, i'll finish with saying this doesn't reach the dramatic heights of the book, though this mightn't necessarily be a bad thing.
