Walt Disney Animation Studios presents the musical "The Princess and the Frog," an animated comedy set in the great city of New Orleans. From the creators of "The Little Mermaid" and "Aladdin" comes a modern twist on a classic tale, featuring a beautiful girl named Tiana, a frog prince who desperately wants to be human again, and a fateful kiss that leads them both on a hilarious adventure through the mystical bayous of Louisiana.

    First of all a very very BIG thank you to movies.ie for the free tickets to see the Irish premier of this movie. It is very much appreciated. The movie is a delight. Best summed up with one word: Disney! It is a dream come true, you have characters you will love and some you might hate, you will laugh, you will smirk, you will probably shed a tear or maybe even cry. It is not only a kid's movie, it is a movie for everyone who enjoys Disney. The new and refreshing take on the story "The Frog Prince" is only the beginning. The animation is flawless. The songs and music make you (and the kids around you) hum along even without having heard it before. And as the beautiful Anika Noni Rose said before the viewing began the movie is brought to you with a lot of love and you can tell it is.

    Excellent Movie. Great animation+brilliant voice work. I enjoyed all the songs in the movie and found the villain to be interesting and very charismatic. 5 stars.

    Cute and very enjoyable movie. The story and songs are somewhat formulaic, but the animation really is a joy to behold – it's simply stunning, with bright colours practically popping off the screen. I loved the supporting characters who bring some good laughs along the way. I'd love to see more movies like this from Disney in the future.

    Beautiful animation where you can truely see Aladdin & Prince Eric in the newest Disney Prince Naveen. A beautiful love story, full of jazzy fantastic music and fun characters. A gem and a future classic, hooray for bringing back old school disney Princesses!
