Its too long, some of the scenes dialogue scenes are overdone, over the top but i liked it. People will either love this movie or hate it. But i am on the lovin side.

I didn't like it.. In all honesty, I felt it was dragged out and I was disappointed completely. Saying that it was very well played, and even though I disliked the gruesome parts, it was done very well overall.

Well, for a movie I expected to hate it wasn't all too bad. There's some genius moments in it, every second the "Basterds" are on screen is gold. Pitt is excellent as ever, Til Schweiger's character is brilliant and Fassbender's performance was a pleasant surprise. Now, onto what I didn't like. It was FAR too long, the first scene drags on for ages. And there's a lot of stuff that just drags out the films run time. For a film called Inglorious Basterds the "Basterds" aren't really on screen all that much. Maybe 50% at best, which is a shame because that ensemble of guys was great. I suppose I'd have to call this my favourite QT film as it's the only one I enjoyed. If some of the filler had been taken out it would be a lot better.

Top class....Tarentino at his very best. This movie has everything - blood and gore, comedy, twists and turns, originality, suspense, action. It's a gem, can't be missed. Far better than other Tarentino productions. While the setting and background are serious and heavy (it's set in France during World War 11), it is portrayed in a light hearted fashion. Acting is superb, with Pitt and Waltz shining. Slightly long but the end is worth waiting for, miss it at your peril!

Very very good, takes the place of Kill Bill 2 as my fave Tarantino film. Less gore made more room for good storytelling.

Classically Quentin, and yet something entirely new, Inglourious Basterds enthralls from the opening credits! The international cast shine, Christoph Waltz is especially engaging as the Nazi Colonel Hans Landa; Brad Pitt pulling off the role of Lieutenant Aldo Raine with an indelible panache. The cinematography dazzles, the story is executed nothing shy of immaculately, bravo!
