"The Incredible Hulk" kicks off an all-new, explosive and action-packed epic of one of the most popular Super Heroes of all time. In this new beginning, scientist Bruce Banner desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk. Living in the shadows--cut off from a life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross--Banner struggles to avoid the obsessive pursuit of his nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross, and the military machinery that seeks to capture him and brutally exploit his power. As all three grapple with the secrets that led to The Hulk's creation, they are confronted with a monstrous new adversary known as The Abomination, whose destructive strength exceeds even The Hulk's own. And on June 13, one scientist must make an agonizing final choice: accept a peaceful life as Bruce Banner or find heroism in the creature he holds inside--The Incredible Hulk?

It's a dumber, slightly more adrenaline-filled version of the original, and I honestly don't know if that makes it a better film. Just, okay.

An enjoyable romp, far superior to Ang Lee's forgettable attempt. Not much to it, but Hulk Smash, and thats all you really want from a film about a giant green fella. Some light humour, cool action and loads of Marvel references. CGI isn't all that on occasion, and the whole thing feels a little slight, but worthwhile for some breezy entertainment.

Really enjoyed the Banner bits, but the Hulk parts were just a bit too fantastical for my liking, then again, it is a comic book adaptation.

    ArrggghhhhJOHN

Weak story, weak acting (by all the cast, what happened Eddie what happened), some annoying and ridiculous cuts and plot holes BUT(wait for it its a 5 star but)its an extremely entertaining movie. Fantastic action with fantastic effects. It is what you expect from it. Nothing strong on story but seat grabbing fast paced (clear and not nauseating) action. Just go see it for the "HULK BASH" action and you certainly wont be disappointed.

More than impressed. It was fantastic. Better than I had hoped. I'd say more but it would be full of spoilers! Wish that I could give more than 5 stars. B

Yeah, I am giving it the five stars. It kicks the arse off the Ang Lee movie. It has nods to the comics, the tv show and the cameos are great. Some good bits of humour with great acting. All that is left to say is...HULK SMASH!!!
