I'm setting the over/under on the first "Spider-Man is dead to me" comment at 11:15am on the 29th, who's in?
I'm not sure what you mean, but if you are asking if Spider-Man is dead to me, then yes, I'm in. Been there, done that. Plenty of other heroes that should be explored. I'm much more excited about seeing the new Ghost Rider than this or any more X-Men spin-offs, sequels or prequels.

It's become...tedious, at best
I'm actually not against this. I'm going to give the film a chance, it could be a pleasant surpise. I never liked Maguire in the films so will welcome a new Spider-man as long as the films are good.
In all fairness Andrew Garfield can't be any worse than Maguire as Spider-man.
