Apatow produced comedy rounding out its supporting cast.

Mindy Kaling (‘The Office’) is the latest to join the cast of the Nicholas Stoller-directed ‘Five-Year Engagement.’ The romantic comedy, which reteams Stoller with his ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ star Jason Segel, began principal photography yesterday.

‘Five-Year Engagement’ follows the lengthy ups and downs of a couple, played by Segal and Emily Blunt, across the titular pre-wedding period.

The cast of the Judd Apatow produced rom-com includes Rhys Ifans, Chris Pratt (‘Parks & Recreation’), Alison Brie (‘Community’), David Paymer (‘Oceans Thritheen’), Kevin Hart (‘Little Fockers’), Lauren Weedman (‘Hung’), Chris Parnell (’30 Rock’), Jim Piddock (‘The Prestige’) and Jacki Weaver (‘Animal Kingdom’).
