First person action thriller eyes new helmer.

‘Act of Valor’ co-director Mike McCoy is reportedly in talks to replace Ben Affleck as the director of the Warner Bros. action thriller ‘Line of Sight.’

Told from a point of view akin to a first-person shooter game, the story follows an elite commando squad transporting cargo while dealing with a global threat.

F. Scott Frazier penned the initial draft of the screenplay with ‘Halo: Reach’ story editor Peter O’Brien having provided the latest polish.

Joel Silver, Andrew Rona and Alex Heineman will produce the feature via Silver Pictures, with Chantal Nong and Sarah Schechter overseeing the project for Warner Bros.
