Matt Lucas reveals movie plans.
‘Little Britain’ star Matt Lucas has revealed he is working on a film, which will see him and David Walliams playing multiple characters.
Speaking to BBC news, Lucas revealed that the film, currently being developed with US studio Dreamworks, will see the two men play five or six characters à la Mike Myers and Eddie Murphy.
Lucas explained, “the two of us will play five or six characters that will go around together, so it’ll be technically very challenging,”
But he added: “Our audience on TV are used to seeing us playing different characters, we thought it would be interesting to make a movie where we all play lots of characters and have scenes where they all interact.
Though Lucas confirmed they had a title for the pic, he would not reveal the title until the film was officially green lighted.
The movie will be potentially be produced by Ben Stiller’s production company, Red Hour, which made current box office hit, ‘Tropic Thunder’.
