Liam Neeson Boards Suspense Thriller THE COMMUTER

Liam Neeson (‘Silence,’ ‘Run All Night,’ ‘A Monster Calls’) will take the lead in ‘The Commuter,’ a suspense-thriller scripted by Byron Willinger and Philip de Blasi.

Set to shoot in New York in the spring, the film sees Neeson in the role of “a businessman on his daily commute home who unwittingly gets caught up in a criminal conspiracy. It threatens not only his life but the lives of those around him.”

Andrew Rona and Alex Heineman of The Picture Company are attached to produce, with Studiocanal financing.
