Wilderness thriller lands star and new director.
Shia LaBeouf has been cast as one of the two leads in the Josh Zetumer-scripted psychological thriller ‘Villain.’
With Juan Carlos Fresnadillo in the director’s chair, replacing David Slade, the film follows two brothers as they confront their dark past in the unforgiving Alaskan wilderness.
Start Motion Pictures’ Ben Browning, Sarah Shepard and Jeremy Kipp Walker will produce and finance. Zetumer, who also penned the upcoming ‘Robocop’ remake, will serve as executive producer alongside Michael Maher.
