Dunst joins ars Von Trier’s sci fi picture Melancholia.
Kirsten Dunst has joined the cast of Lars Von Trier’s next film Melancholia.
According to reports, the Spider-Man actress is taking the part that Penelope Cruz was eyeing before she joined Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
Dunst will join Charlotte Gainsbourg, Kiefer Sutherland, Charlotte Rampling, Alexander Skarsgaard, Stellan Skarsgaard and Udo Kier in director Von Trier’s sci-fi disaster movie.
The picture will begin production this July.
