Will Ferrell on board for cameo.
John Goodman (‘The Big Lebowski’) and Rose Byrne (‘X-Men: First Class’) have joined the cast of ‘The Internship,’ Shawn Levy’s upcoming comedy that reunites ‘Wedding Crashers’ stars Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson as two out of work salesmen who try to reinvent themselves by becoming interns at a major tech company.
According to Variety Goodman will cameo as the boss of Vaughn and Wilson’s characters while Byrne would be playing a high-ranking executive who starts a relationship with Wilson.
The trade also adds that Will Ferrell, who starred with Vaughn and Wilson in ‘Wedding Crashers,’ has come aboard for a cameo. The ‘Anchorman’ star will be playing Wilson’s brother-in-law, who sells home electronics and has no problem making inappropriate sexist comments about his attractive customers.
Max Minghella, Dylan O’Brien, JoAnna Garcia, Eric Andre, Josh Brener, Tiya Sircar and Tobit Raphael co-star.
