Joel Silver to produce ‘Conviction’
Producer guru Joel Silver has signed up to oversee heist thriller Conviction for Warner Bros.
Silver, whose credits include the Lethal Weapon and Matrix series, has agreed a six-figure deal to pick up newcomer Jonathan Herman’s script.
The movie follows a criminal serving a five-year prison term for his involvement in a failed heist. He is hired by an FBI agent to prevent his protégé from pulling off another robbery.
Silver is also overseeing reworking of He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe.
