Grant Morrison’s miniseries Joe the Barbarian is to be adapted for the big screen.
The series follows the adventures of a diabetic boy who travels to a fantastic world when he neglects to take his medication.
The writer revealed to Robot 6 that his eight-issue Vertigo title – illustrated by Sean Murphy – is in development with Clash of the Titans producers Thunder Road Pictures:
“Thunder Road just called me today and said we can officially announce it, so I’m quite happy about that,” said Morrison.
