J.J. Abrams Developing an Earthquake Movie Next!
Cloverfield’s J.J. Abrams is prepping a new disaster movie.
Abrams is currently working with David Seltzer, the screenwriter of the original ‘Omen,’ on an untitled disaster film involving an earthquake.
Details of the story are being kept under wraps, though as is Abrams’ modus operandi, relationships will be at the core of the project.
Currently, Abrams is attached to the disaster movie as a producer. It is unclear if he will direct the project.
Abrams is finishing up directing Star Trek for its May 8, 2009 release.
