Actor/model/musician Jamie Dornan (‘Once Upon a Time,’ ‘The Fall,’ ‘Marie Antoinette’) has reportedly joined the cast of Universal Pictures and Focus Features’ upcoming adaptation ‘Fifty Shades of Grey.’
The County Down native replaces ‘Sons of Anarchy’ star Charlie Hunnam as the male lead opposite Dakota Johnson (‘Cymbeline,’ ‘Ben and Kate,’ ’21 Jump Street’) in the erotic thriller which follows the relationship of 27-year-old seductive billionaire Christian Grey and college student Anastasia Steele.
Sam Taylor-Johnson (‘Nowhere Boy’) is behind the camera for the adaptation, directing from a screenplay by Kelly Marcel. Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti are on board to produce.
