James Franco joins Danny Boyles 127 Hours
James Franco has signed on to starr in Danny Boyle’s next picture 127 Hours.
Based on the true story of Aron Ralston, a mountaineer who lost an arm in a 2003 climbing accident, Franco is reportedly on board to play Ralston.
Ralston’s right arm was pinned to a rock wall in Utah for 127 hours until he hacked it off with a dull knife.
Boyle is writing the script with Slumdog Millionaire scribe Simon Beaufoy.
