On the eve of his Eurovision victory, Dustin the Turkey talks movies!

Tonight,  Dustin the turkey will be representin’ Ireland at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade, with his song, ‘Irelande Douze Pointe’. We got a chance to talk movies with Dustin, check out the interview below:

Q: How often to you get to sit down and watch a movie?
A:Bout once a week me mate Snotzer comes round we head out to catch the latest flick.

Q: Tell us about the last movie you saw?
A:’In Bruges’ with me good pal Colin Farrell, was a bit odd as they’d originally asked me to play his part but I was busy and also wanted to give Colin a break after some of the awful muck he’d done recently.

Q: What is your favourite Irish movie and why?
A:’The Commitments’ – or “Aslan – The Movie” as I call it.

Q: What is your favourite movie of all time?
A:The original Willie Wonka, loved the Umpa Lumpas and think it’s deadly the way they’ve come back as “Girls Aloud”.

Q: What movie could you never sit through again?
A:Police Academy 6, not a patch on 7.

Q: Have you ever cried during a movie? Which one?
A:No! never! Who said so? I might be a bird but I’m not girl ya know…

Q: Favourite movie snack?
A:Overpriced popcorn.

Q: Favourite TV programme?
A:The Once A Week Show, RTE 2.

Q: Who would play you in the movie adaptation of your life?
A:Only one man with the looks to be me, me old mucker Colin Farrell.
