Two more board the horror sequel.
Jocelin Donahue (‘The House of the Devil,’ ‘The End of Love’) and Danielle Bisutti (‘Parks and Recreation,’ ‘Without a Trace’) have joined the cast of the upcoming low-budget horror ‘Insidious Chapter 2.’
A continuation of the 2010 original, the film follows the fate of the Lambert family and their haunted house. James Wan returns to direct with Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Lin Shaye, Barbara Hershey and Ty Simpkins on board to reprise their roles.
According to Variety, Donahue will be playing a younger version of Lorraine Lambert (Hershey). Detail on Bisutti’s role are being kept under wraps.
Production is now under way in Los Angeles with Jason Blum is producing the low-budget sequel through his Blumhouse Productions. Brian Kavanaugh Jones, Oren Peli , Steven Schneider, and Charles Layton are executive producing.
